Terms of Service

Welcome to Come On I Wanna Move Ya. By accessing our website or using our moving labor services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.

1. Services Provided

Come On I Wanna Move Ya provides professional moving labor services, including loading, unloading, and unpacking. Our services are available to assist you in your relocation needs within the specified service areas. All services are subject to availability and prior booking.

2. Booking and Payment

To book our services, please use the contact form or call our office directly. A deposit is required to be paid at the time you book your order. Once deposit is paid, your move will be put on our schedule. Payment is required in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash, major credit cards and other approved methods of payment. Please ensure that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may incur additional fees and/or forfeiture of deposit may occur. If we receive notification of cancelation or rescheduling outside of the 72 hour window, you will incur no penalties (except in cases where supplies were purchased or deposits made by us on your behalf have been forfeited) and will receive a refund of your deposit amount, by the same form in which it was received. If we receive notification of cancelation within the 72 hour window, your deposit will be forfeited and divided amongst the employees who were scheduled to work on your job, as compensation for the inconvenience of their time being reserved for work and subsequently not being able to earn money for that block of time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service based on unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability and Damages

While we exercise utmost care in handling your belongings, Come On I Wanna Move Ya is not liable for any damages that occur during the moving process unless they are directly due to our negligence. We recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage for your items.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must ensure that the premises are accessible and that all items are properly packed and labeled prior to our arrival. Any special instructions should be communicated in advance.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
